So anyway... what do I like about Tuesdays?
*When I was an impressionable young girl, I admired the actress Tuesday Weld. She was born in August so I guess this is a good time to mention her. Her movie "Wild In The Country" came out the year I was born (and I wasn't born yesterday). She had a rough life but seemed to get through it, despite the obstacles. Her characters were usually on the neurotic side. Could that be the cause of my interest? I recall the first time I saw a picture of her, and I'm telling my age again here, but does anyone remember the "Five & Dime" stores? Well I had purchased a wallet there one day, the kind with those plastic photo pages (do they still make those?) and it had photos of the Stars in it. Tuesday was one of them. I kept that picture in my wallet for the longest time in hopes that her beauty might rub off on me but the photo itself rubbed out first. Ha!*I've been to Ruby Tuesday restaurants and liked them okay. Not my favorite but I'd go back.
*The Rolling Stones had a song called Ruby Tuesday that wasn't half bad...
"Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday*And on this particular Tuesday the weather is sweet. I can almost feel a touch of Fall in it. And my kids are coming to visit so I guess I should get busy and sweep out all the dirty laundry. Or something like that.

I remember Ruby Tuesday the actress. And the song. And the restaurant aint too bad. I've never paid much particular attention to Tuesdays during the weeks though. Some are good and some are bad days. I do enjoy the way it is spelled though. Its always been kind of neat, so I guess that is what I like about Tuesdays...the way it is spelled. And how its pronounced Tooooz-day. lol...just sounds funny sometimes.

I like tuesday. It has so much potential. it's just wasted by so many people.
Tuesday's are amazing.
Malls are empty, so are theaters. You can order pizza and have it in 15 minutes. People working at stores on tuesdays are so much more pleasant. You're the first human soul they've seen since Monday. And Tuesday can leave you thrilled and thinking of it all through school or work or whatever responsiblility you have the next day.
Hi, I liked your post! I like Tuesdays because my daughter has singing lessons on Tuesdays, and I get to go to Mobile (one hour away, big city!) to take her. This means we go out to eat at restaurants we would not normally encounter. And I love to go out to eat. (I live in a very, very small town with only a couple of eating places.)
